I do know that if Kim is spinning this date rape drug theory, then she has to have a rational explaination of why the guys didn't drug her, also. Other than the fact that she's fugly.
I don't think she's smart enough to figure out that she could have just said that she declined the offer of a drink.....
This drink story is pretty early, so that means we have to go back something like 2 weeks or so to find it. Someone is probably looking for it now.
A DUI would certainly violate Kim's parole.
The Kroger's guard smelled alcohol on Kim. The police should have, too. They thought Crystal was drunk. Wouldn't they give Kim a sobriety test before letting her drive off? Did she drive off?
One would think the search warrant would call out booze, drinking glasses, drug containers and the like if Kim had told the drug story to the police early on.
They did find some sort of drug container, but they were not searching for it when they wrote out the warrant.
