My wife wasn't excited to hear the Dixie Chicks attack on our president, she really wanted to go to the concert. But she said screw that after hearing their traitorous remarks abroad!

Here's my list of boycotted Hollyweird celebrities that continue to betray America. I've circulated this everywhere I can...I prefer the term red-white-and-blue list as opposed to black list...

Many Americans who support their country are exercising their right to not purchase any movie tickets, DVDs, CDs, etc. that are associated with these "activists". By joining the political fray and showing their support for Saddam Hussein and terrorism over their own country, these self-loathing celebrities are losing fan support AND money...

Boycott Petition:

http://www.ipetitions.com/campaigns/hollywoodceleb/index.html[/URL]

We the undersigned American Citizens stand against Wealthy Hollywood Celebrities abusing their status to speak for us. We do not believe that they have a clear understanding of how we live, what we fear, and what we support. We believe that celebrities Martin Sheen, Mike Farrell, Tim Robbins, Rob Reiner, Barbara Streisand, and others with them are using their celebrity to interfere with the defense of our country. We believe that Hollywood Celebrities use their wealth to make their own personal issues known while Americans would never have the resources to speak out in this manner. We support President Bush in his efforts to defend our homeland, to defend democracy, and to take any measures to end the threat of terrorism. We do not claim to know more than anyone, especially President Bush. We elect a President who we can trust to make proper decisions based on facts available to him and not available to the rest of us. This is one reason trustworthiness and character is important in the people we elect into office. War is not easy, there are many before us who sacrificed their lives for freedom and if supporting citizens in other countries who cry out for democracy and freedom aids in the war against terrorism we support it.

The follwing people are on a de facto boycott list being circulated around the Internet, their products will not be purchased:
1. Martin Sheen
2. Alec Baldwin
3. Jessica Lange
4. Sean Penn
5. Susan Sarandon

I'm not going to bother freeping this one. I don't listen to country music (though my wife does, and she describes the DCs as trailer trash). I'll leave it up to the actual country fans to render judgment.

Not that I don't share the sentiment.

I feel the president is ignoring the opinion of many in the U.S. and alienating the rest of the world.

Of course when you're married to an Iranian, friends with sean penn, etc you are going to hear nothing but leftist bs. I would atlter her sentence above by substituting "a few" for "many" and "alienating a few anti Americans" for "alienating the rest of the world". Makes better sense, huh?

The process of waiting 90 seconds prior to breaking the bonds that hold the caffeine and bitter compounds...is called letting the grounds "bloom". I use to use a Chemex Cofee pot, but they are expensive when they break, now I just use a Melitta coffee pot and hand pour the Hot Water over the grounds...which I ground earlier in the coffee grinder.
