Sheryl Crow just on E-- she won best Female Rock Vocal, not given tonight. She said she was wearing a Peace bracelet- she said "nothing says peace like diamonds"- told that she has a lot of calls re: anti-War, not going to wear T-shirt.

Crow is singing tonight but at least we won't have to see an acceptance speech, barring a major upset in Album category.

"nothing says peace like diamonds"-
Yes, it is becoming the latest craze among Iraqi women.

Well, that was mighty polite of her to spare us from her nasty shirt. Peace Diamonds????? Spare me Sheryl.

"Sheryl Crow just on E-- she won best Female Rock Vocal, not given tonight. She said she was wearing a Peace bracelet- she said "nothing says peace like diamonds."The Hollyweird crowd seems to be blowing a collective circuit breaker...first we have Cloony telling the Germans that President Bush is a warmonger, Rummy is making a mistake, and we can't win a war...then some failed comedienne cum peace protestor says she didn't protest Clinton's wars because it 'wasn't hip'...now we have Crow saying that 'nothing says peace like diamonds.'
How much more shallow can they get? Shallow is already an understatement when describing these egomaniacs. In fact, there isn't a word in the English language to describe such a horrifying lack of depth.
Well yes, there is: a plane. A perfectly flat, level, infinite 2 dimensional surface...but it isn't catchy enough.
</end rant> We now return you to the live Grammy thread.
