To me, it looked like it said "ROC ON." The "k" in rock may have been behind her.

One other thing - when they showed that shot of her from behind when she opened her jacket "flashing" the crowd, the crowd didn't go nuts with approval. They just sat there. So whatever she had inside her jacket couldn't have been too inflammatory.
