Pulled Pork, can be prepared in several ways, depending on the size of the crowd you intend to serve.

I used a 5 lb pork roast tonight. Cooked the roast long and slow,, then "pulled" the meat with the grain for fresh pork sandwiches. The leftovers were thrown in a saucepan w/barbeque sauce and are heating slowly on the stove as I type.

Another method,,, cook the whole hog, as in Hog Roast. When done, you pull the meat off the bone and place in electric roasters, and call in your friends and neighbors. You can add the bbq sauce to one roaster and leave the other roaster plain,, this way your guests can have it the way they like it. Serve with Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, potato chips and 5 kegs of beer.

I had a pork tenderloin, cubed it, stuck it in my pressure cooker with a bottle of BBQ sauce and dried chopped onions. Put it on for an hour and when it was done, I mashed it around a bit until it was all pulled. It just falls apart when you put it in the pressure cooker.
