I had a pork tenderloin, cubed it, stuck it in my pressure cooker with a bottle of BBQ sauce and dried chopped onions. Put it on for an hour and when it was done, I mashed it around a bit until it was all pulled. It just falls apart when you put it in the pressure cooker.

Yes, there are many ways to prepare it,, almost as many ways as there are cooks in the country.
