Good morning. I slept so well last night, thanks to the fact that my back is feeling almost 100%.

We had a really good prayer time last night and I just know that God is starting to lead in my employment situation (or should that be unemployment situation?). Thanks for your prayers.

Lysie, I don't weigh myself every day. I do it about once or twice a week. I think I'm at least treading water, not gaining weight when I normally would. But I still think you get diminishing returns with Atkins after you've been on the regimen for a while.
