We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail! [President Bush]

Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

Algore, the man who was bred to be President,
after being told he cannot win in 2004.

In other news:

New York City transit workers remain on the job, claiming progress is being made in contract negotiations.

The Coast Guard intends to deploy drone aircraft to keep watch in the Florida Straits.

Senator Nickles is calling for a new election for Senate Majority Leader. Word has it that Rove would prefer the Senate be led by Sen. Frist.

And UOx42 claims he wanted to attack North Korea in 1994 when it was revealed that Nation was pursuing nuclear weapons, unless Pyongang agreed to freeze operations.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

It's ok to slip up a little on the diet. The Good Lord didn't put us here to eat rabbit food and be miserable. It's important for us to appreciate this life and the wonderful things in it.

And, gator taste like gator, Ever tru it? It is good.

Now, need help on something else. What do you call the walls they are building prefab with insulation built into it? It is used for outer walls, ceilings, suppose to be strong and you don't have to frame the house with 2x4's.

I'm tired. On my way over to my parents' for dinner and then their church's Christmas program so thought I'd stop at the house and see what's left to move.

Hayburner, unfortunately we don't expect phone service until Friday (we called them two days ago and that's the best they could do!) so except for little stops once in a while, I won't be around much.

I introduced myself to the goats and got them to eat out of my hand. The previous owner's dogs are still there and they also seemed to remember me and stopped their yapping and growling.

I am looking forward to the Titans playing on MNF, but doubt I'll get to see any of it. I'll listen on the radio like usual, but in the future we will have a TV for local channels.

I would par boil...the shells...then stuff when still rather tough...the sauce and the baking will cook them the rest of the way...and yes..raw eggs to "FIRM" up the cheese.

Usually use 2 eggs per pound of cheese.

I gotta tell you about my phone book delivery job. I finished Saturday early afternoon. We did about 400 in about 3 hours Friday night and Saturday morning. Despite being told that we were to put them on the doorstep, we dropped them off underneath people's mailboxes, in the plastic bag taped shut. Seems this is the way it's always been done around here and people don't expect any different.

Then this morning I was driving down a road that we did Friday night and I started seeing phone books with no plastic on them lying -- mostly open -- in the middle of the driveways. I first thought someone or something had gotten into each one of ours and torn off the plastic, but then I saw a couple of houses that still had the books we dropped off, still in good shape.

Then a little later I saw a bunch of plastic piled in a ditch and it all became clear to me. Someone had gotten the books as they come, wrapped in a package of 18 with heavy plastic, taken off the plastic and dumped that in the ditch, then thrown them with no cover or anything onto the driveways. First of all, it's my route. Second, those houses had already been done. Third, they were extremely negligent about how they delivered them.

So when I reported back to base today to turn in leftover books and do the paperwork, I let them know what I saw. I hope someone gets nabbed for ripping off the company by basically dumping the books where they don't belong just to make a fast buck.

Thanks for the verification. I went with basic food principles, and came up with about the same thing. I've already got it assembled, waiting in the fridge for the timing to be right for Trill getting home. I also made polenta, cut it into diamonds, and I'll fry that up at the last minute to serve with the shells.
