They have long memories.
Be very afraid.....
To: ValerieUSA
gasp ...
To: Mo1
This was the perfect tool for shaming hubby into a grand time away....
Tell him you'll tie him to the mast....
To: Prentice
Here for keeps, Prentice--more or less.
To: Prentice
David, I read that Granholm cannot be elected President as she is Canadian born. Is that correct?
To: Prentice
shudder ...
To: catpuppy
I had not heard that. But would love to believe it's true. Electing her is like kissing a rattlesnake....albeit a pretty one, and one that can sound nice to soccer mommies.
How can she be elected Governess of our State then? Is the Presidency different in that regard?
I do hope you're right. Hillary has to find another body then.....

"Temperature today 70. Sky partly cloudy. Wind calm. Beach great. Tomorrow is forecast to be a bit warmer." Oh catpuppy, you poor thing. How awful for you.

So they get to re-educate you in 2004 (the Florida voting act strikes again). No more Georgia absentee votes?
Just remember that you have that extra hour in 2004....

I can relate to how your son feels.YumYum always would follow me to the bathroom and wait while I was in the shower, put his paws up on my knees when I sat down, lopped in my lap and purred his little heart out. Days and especially morning routines are just all wrong still. I don't know when this will really get any better...too much loss...same goes for Nacho...he always polished my shoes with me in em...would like piggy back rides and followed me in the yard when I let him out. I miss my little pals too.

A boat that size has two showers....
Wimmin like boats.
Trust me....

Did anyone see the Leionids (sp) last night? For us it was 0230 this morning and the moon was so bright we did not see the cascade of them that we expected. But there were a few really dramatic ones that left tails that lingered in the sky. It was wonderful. And the morning was not really chilly until the breezes came up..it would have been a great night to camp out.
To: ValerieUSA
Are you burned up about something?
To: Prentice
The Constitution requires that the President be an American by birth (Article II, Section 1: "No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States."
I suppose that state constitutions do not have that requirement for governors.
To: sweetliberty
sl, it is even worse than I mentioned. It was so warm that I fell asleep on the beach for two hours today. I do not know if I can endure these harsh conditions much longer.
To: celtic gal
I tried.
Nothing but clouds.
Beautiful full moon tonight with clear skies.
Figures.
To: Prentice
I will be voting early and often.
To: catpuppy
You could fly me down and we'll have a vote-a thon.
Cancel out a few extra rat votes.
To: Prentice
nah... I stayed indoors. The English professor wants me to share a bottle of wine with him... and I'm stuck here waiting for the plumber
To: ValerieUSA
You are just wrapping them around your little fingers one after another.
Question. Was it a good vintage?
