Is Special Ops THAT good at asteroid re-direction?
(It's a good plan; that way we can just blame it on God. God accepted a bit of collateral damage in a few of his campaigns, if his instructions to Joshua are any indication. Not to mention what happened to Sodom and Gomorrah.)

That's a truly stunning picture. And I found another cool one, bouncing around the Net until the polls close):

This is a straight-over-the-top view of the good-sized eruption in Ecuador (El Reventador). This is from a satellite, not the Space Station.

Looks like we're in for some global cooling with all these volcanos erupting like this.

Looks like we're in for some global cooling with all these volcanos erupting like this.Maybe a little, but these aren't major eruptions (despite being pretty neat to see).
The last big eruption, Pinatubo, blew apart a typhoon.
Mt. Pinatubo Erupts
The eruption cloud you see in the image above is NOT the major eruption of Pinatubo. That came later in the day. This is just some "preliminary" activity that day.
To: smokinleroy
Couldn't resist: the image below is also a "preliminary" blast from Pinatubo two days prior to the big climactic eruption.
To: cogitator
Kewl pics. That Pinatubo eruption resembles a Nuclear blast.
