The way Shep is reporting, might not be a victory after all.

I know. Dan Blather just came on and said that it is a close race for governor in FL. Wow, he must know something I don't. With about 21% of all the precincts that are reporting, none of them have McBride within 10 points!

Kehoe, according to the election thread, CNN just called Florida for Jeb Bush and Katharine Harris won her seat. I call that good news!

With 25 percent of the votes counted in Florida

It is 
Bush 59 percent
McBride 40 percent

These were teh exact numbers from the day after the
primary when McBride simi defeated Reno
Betcha is was never any closer thatn this!!!

Here's the latest from Tennessee (according to the Bredesean Tennessean):
Governor
Bredesen (D) 20,806
Hilleary (R) 18,618

Senate
Alexander (R) 71,048
Clement (D) 62,473

Looks like the lottery amendment, although leading "no" votes by a few thousand votes, is going to be defeated as it needs more than half of all votes cast for governor. It's not even close.
