pretty please with sugar on topThe argument is now over. Since the beginning of time when that phrase is used the user is always declared the winner.

I don't know...But one thing I DO know: They should put an end to these stupid, inane, rambling, non-informational two-a-day press conferences, esp. with that Chief Moose. They really look like Keystone Kops, and they only serve to incite the sniper.
Also, the MD legislature should pass a resolution barring ANY local, state or federal representative of the state (or any candidate for that matter)from making any public statement about the case until they solve it. That will keep Parris Spend-Everything and KKT from blabbing about it, too...

And on what ancient tablet were those words of wisdom chiseled???

Good morning, everyone! Heavy frost here this morning.
Apparently Norman Mailer thinks the President would have been a good dancer, and that is what he should be doing, according to an interview in a German paper.
This was NOT a compliment, because Mailer went on to say that everything the President does is choreiographed and fake, etc. etc.
Another one who can stay in Europe, in my opinion.

Molly - congratulations on your honor. It is most deserved.
JR-just went to roast some peanuts. The peanuts weren't dry enough. :(( Ugh. They all turned to mush in the fry pan. Double ugh. Guess I'll have to use the pre-roasted ones from the store. Oh well.

Excellent! I love the photograph. It just oozes "America"!

Hope that is not your way of honoring Jeeeeeeeemy C.! Roasted peanuts is one of the ingredients in Saigon Soup.
I would never think of honoring Jimmah.

Hi Molly. Congratulations on your special day to be honored. No one is more deserving than you.
I told you last night that I had received an e-mail from a friend in Indonesia talking about the bombing in Bali. He's an islander and his wife is from another island nation in Asia so they have a unique perspective being non-westerners -- but definitely in the thick of what God is doing there.
Here's an excerpt from his e-mail.
The same day, our embassy in Manado was bombed but there are no injuries. It's been a long time that these terrorists are operating here. They have bombed many places already since 2000. The gov't now has opened their eyes & can't deny the fact that the terrorists exist in the country. They are now taking action.
In front of our house is a m'que. They're are quite quiet for many months regarding their preaching. Before they always use a loud speaker. Their message is always anti-US & anti-bel [I'm not sure what that refers to].
Now tension is felt again by the Americans & white foreigners here. US embassy can't guarantee their safety. Americans might have to leave on their own discretion.
This morning my brother-in-law said he heard that one of the American victims was an All-American football player from Nebraska. He couldn't think of the name. Have you heard anything about that?

Most welcome. I love eagles. The guy who does that website has lots of photos of them (he has easy to access archives, you can do a search by "eagles") since he lives in Juneau where they are plentiful.
