NOt only that - but he also was once an intern for radio talk show host Mike Savage. After 9-11 he contacted some people at his office again and his messages were so alarming that they turned them in to the police. However, the Mayor refused to cooperate with the police investigation... and it was police from a neighboring state that pursued the case!

Thanks for the encouraging words, SL. Ozzie just said he thinks that someone took YumYum. I really think if he could come home he would. He would not let the big gray tabby run him out of his yard. And there have not been any coyotes around thank heavens. What is frustrating is that if he were taken by someone in the neighborhood, it amounts to theft because I have his picture on flyers everywhere, called all the vets, been to animal control and posted his picture there too...We are hoping he gets out of where ever he is and gets back to us. We are not giving up. He is not one to just run away. He is possessive of me and his territory.

I saw Fred walking down the road and I picked him up.Thats so cool. We had two dogs when I was little that we would let run free around the neighborhood right before dinner. Once they never came back. We thought it was strange they would both vanish. I never gave up hope that they would just show up one day.
