I hate it when clocks go bad.
There are some wonderful slow-cooker/crockpot receipes out there for the other white meat - deep layered with whatever are your favorite goodies, so to speak.

Whew.. It was veeeery tasty..and we are full to the brim.. Pigs!! Even the rushed easy bread was good.. Now I have to clean up the mess..
Kathy..you're right.. A woman's work is never done.. I just hope I don't get preggy on top of it all.. sighhh...

Loddy.. I looove my crockpot.. I even make fish chowder in it.. It melds the flavors so well.. I know there are wonderful ways to make pork in it..
I have one in this house that is the big oval one for lots of food..plus three others that I use for cookouts etc.. I only have one so far in Fl..lol.. I have a wonderful friend that will shop with me.. We will do just fine..and be like two normal healthy wimmin..
I have so much shopping to do when I hit there.. It's going to wake me up and make laugh with happiness..

Ohhhh.. by the way.. My daughter Dyan just got her results from the Real Estate exam today.. SHE PASSED!!!! What a girl... Ghod love her.. I'm so proud of her. It's not an easy test at all..and she did it..

I have an old recipe that I bet you'd love for pork chops.. It's all made in an electric frying pan, but you can use a regular one if the stove turns down low enough or has good steady heat.. I will write it out for you sometime.. Men love it.. It's a meal in one pot kind of thing... I'll give you a hint...the bottom layer is sliced potatoes layered on the bottom.. Then comes the rest.. ;)
