We went over to a friend's house tonite to see the new baby kitty....Baby is almost 4 months old and looks like she is 8 weeks..Had her spayed this weeka and she tips the scale at 3 lbs..she is soooooo tiny and sooooooo cute...she is jet black with the glossiest black coat I have ever seen. She loves to play but at the same time she is very happy to be held and cuddled in you lap. I wanted to steal her!~

They have geese at the lake... they are none to friendly! My dad buys fire crackers to chase them away (not to mention they make a crappy mess).

He is not a true redneck, but sometimes resorts to redneck solutions.

In Washington we lived near a couple of nice lakes, but the geese there sure did make a mess. They were a nuisance.
My dog Boomer loved to swim in the lake. He would swim toward the geese, and they would swim away from him, then suddenly turn and head right for him, so he would turn and head for shore, then they would all turn again... switching from chaser to chasee. It looked so silly. No one got hurt and no one at the park ever complained, but if a ranger came by he would make me put Boomer on a leash and spoil all the fun.

My dad's dog is half the size of the geese and has learned to respect them. He still gaurds his territory... from a distance!
