No real progress. A Salmon Day.
Spend the day swimming upstream only to get, um, have sex, and die.
( I cleaned it up a bit)...

"Spend the day swimming upstream only to get, um, have sex, and die" Maybe you're going about the interviewing process all wrong. ROTFL!

I ordered some prints of my digital photos from Ofoto and they arrived today. The look really good except for the greens... muddy greens. Bummer.

I don't really know how digital photography works. Maybe I'll try it one of these days. I know that after moving here I was unable until just a few weeks ago to find anybodythat could do a decent job on photos, even on regular film.

Hi, Ya All..Just a drive by for now....been a tough day here on the block. We had a funeral for the neighbor's kitty, Killer. He was Missie's boyfriend of 13 years. The practiced safe sex..there was always a window pane between them...
Anyway the vet thinks it may have been a brain tumor or somthing. He got an eye problem ( similar to Nacho's) but he tested + for Kitty aides and had to stay indoors.. He was doining ok too. But 3 days ago he just declined. We went to see him today and he was in such pain. So his family took him down to the vet for some help...and later this morning we had this little funeral for him and thanked God for sharing this wonderful kitty ( he is responsible for some of the kitties I now have since he was everyone's friend) with us and for all the lessons he taught us.
And then the Great One lost his car keys..anyone out there seen em???? The car keys that is....
spent the day doing paper work..the MeanEars has had me feeling sort of icky anyway but better now. Will be back in a bit..Got to see Hannity and Colems soon...we get his radio show now which is a relief when Dr. Laura is blocked out for baseball just like our radio station does to Rush. His radio show is fun!

Thanks. I found the thread through a search and that worked. I had dropped a note to the moderator as well, since this isn't the first time that this has occurred. I got a reply saying that there had been a lot of complaints about the same thing lately and that somehow some of these links are dropping the www from the url and she/he was interested in how we were getting there when the problem occurs.

Hi CG. I'm so glad your Missie is getting better. It's so sad to lose one tho. I just had to have a "street cat" Lottie (we trapped her from a car lot where she lived and bred for years). I had a home for her for two and half years but I paid the vet bills etc. and helped with the food etc. She was FIV pos. too and she got rhino and just stopped eating and in two weeks, I had to put her to sleep. I was actually quite devestated. I had put so much into that cat, she was so smart, we had a vet helping us try to trap her even. He was giving us drugs to sedate her a bit with so we could trap her. It still took two years but I never missed a day feeding her, summer or winter. I really hated to lose her, felt like it was my fault somehow.
