Sorry, personally I cannot partake in the
pizza bash, the hash, the sex, Red Bull,
or any alcoholic beverages. I've never
partaken in any of that in my life & don't
have any desire or curiosities to start now.

UCS..from what you have detailed, the Amber Alert would not have done any good, since they didn't know what vehicle they were looking for, LOL, unless they described DW's Motor Home, which would have been as easy to find as an Airplane landing in the middle of the Freeway! They KNEW where he was. They just didn't have the goods on him, yet.

BUT if they are so convinced it was him from the get-go, then LE is responsible for not getting Danielle back alive, IMO. That is, if he kidnapped her, and she WAS alive when she left the home, as charged.

Krodg, I am ONLY relaying to information from my own surveys, and listening to the man on the street type opinions about the guilt of DW.

It isn't a question of being a "brick"..it's just that the public is buying the bill of goods about DW, and about 95% of them aren't going into Forums where the crime is being discussed.

My friends think I have lost it, when I say "They didn't prove it". These people aren't dumb, they have bought into the fiction about the tons of BLOOD, FINGERPRINTS and FIBERS, a la Court TV. Even FOX is leaning toward "justice for Danielle"..

We are hoping the Jury will see beyond this, and acquit? I say, we should be thankful for a hung Jury at this point. I know it isn't the popular thing to say, but I have to face reality.

Jury has gone home for the day. sw

Denise was the only one, besides the vDs, to testify that Danielle was still alive at 8:30pm on Friday.

"she wanted to look at his knobs."

DW thought she wanted to look at his kitchen knobs. Just like gutter-minded Brenda got the wrong idea about the "adult parties" at DW's house.

Small-l probably doesn't like where I go with this, so don't tell her ;)

Like I told Politicalmom, we can all agree to disagree. I don't want to fight with any of you guys about this. Not the right place, time or subject. :-)

I knew it was "satire", just wanted to make
my position known.

I realize it's a long wait. I've done it many
times over. That's why some of us have been
discussing Maine Coon Cats.

Apparently, the rats on those old ships were almost the size of the cats.

When my current cat, that most excellent fellow, was a kitten less that 6 months old, he did battle and won against a field rat twice his size! I have seen him slay possums! He is a mixed breed, fur like Sylvester, built like a bulldog, with a HUGE head and neck. He is somewhat diminished since I was forced to have him snipped after an extended disappearance from which he returned deathly ill. Although he has always been as gentle and lazy a cat as you have ever seen, he still has the fury in him when an unauthorized intruder rustles in the brush!

An excellent, excellent cat. Please stop me, as I will go on and on all night with TRUE stories of this guy's heroism and good nature. Kind! Lets kittens and other cats eat before he takes his own! Teaches kittens who are not his own how to fight. The cat has amazed EVERYONE who has ever had the pleasure of witnessing either his affable good nature or his valor in battle! He is truly some kind of Kat-fu savant.

We were very lucky the day he chose my daughter.

Just hypothesizing: They didn't realize they'd need the body to collect, and then when Damon finds out, a mad scramble to get the body out of the place they've stored it and dump it someplace away from the searchers. The old mountain bike path -- that's the ticket. Grizzly work when they have to cut away all the incriminating parts of Danielle, but money's money.

No, you didn't, sorry. I don't see possession as a crime. Should the government be allowed to possess those things when you can't?

Especially when you're inclined to look for "used or damaged audio cables" on the internet to hook up your stereo. No wonder DW had to buy the drinks.

That leaves 1 print in MH, which wasn't found on first search of MH, but on second search, after DW's arrest, after body was found?

Please stop saying that, UCANSEE2. You know it is not true. I thought so, I was corrected. I know you have been corrected several times. There are other ways it could be invalid. If DW is innocent, it is truth he needs, not disinformation.

I have? OK. I know I was asked for proof, but I would have to go look. I had put it in the form of a question as I wasn't sure.

You are right. Disinformation does no one any good.

DOES SOMEONE KNOW EXACTLY WHEN THE PRINT WAS FOUND in the MH ?

Until I got my cat, I didn't think there was
anything interesting about cats. Boy! That
was soon debunked within the first day he was
home with me!

Like I've posted before, he was a "watch cat."
He would let me know if anything was amiss outside.

Where is the extra 10%??? : )

Just a mathematical guess that of that many prosecution witnesses, they couldn't all have lied. One or two may have told some truth.

I know Damon was from FL (at least as a teen), was Brenda from there?

Wasn't it you that posted the link telling about Damon living in Florida near where John Walsh's, (Most Wanted)son was murdered?

In reading through that I thought that I read Damon met and married Brenda in Florida.

The MH print was taken 2/6 or 2/8, IIRC.

Don't remember when Jeff Graham went back to take prints that he realized the original crew had not taken...but I believe it was after her body was found.
