Jury's time Jurors will resume deliberations Monday in the capital case of David Westerfield, who is accused of killing 7-year-old Danielle van Dam

DAY TWO: FRIDAY, AUG. 9, 2002
12 noon ET	Jury enters jury room.
2:30 p.m. ET	Jury goes home for the weekend.

DAY ONE: THURSDAY, AUG. 8, 2002
1:10 p.m. ET	Jury begins deliberating. After two months of testimony, the capital murder trial of David Westerfield is in the hands of the jurors, who began their deliberations following more than two days of closing arguments.
2:50 p.m.	Jury sends a note to the judge.
3:00 p.m.	Jury at lunch.
4:30 p.m.	Judge calls the lawyers but not the public or the press into the courtroom.
5:15 p.m.	Judge says jurors sent note asking to deliberate five days a week instead of having Friday off and he approved their request.
7:00 p.m.	Jury goes home for the day. Will return Friday morning.

theory, but I cannot see a jury buying it.

Brenda paid off a Florida mortgage. Denise moved to Florida. I don't get the connection. I forgot where Denise was originally transferring with her job. I'm lost with this one.

It was reported they had a twenty five grand
death policy on her, plus there have been a
lot of donations that poured in (for a while.)

So, we could be talking about fify or more grand
in total.

I thought Duh-Knees moved to FL, but someone
said she moved to Delaware(?)

Denise testifys for the VD's...8 days later she is in a free and clear home in FL..(using the dusek method of no proof that this actualy occured)

Baltimore.

Still, there are a quite a few things in the evidence that seem "off". Maybe someday someone will make a list. It includes just about everything. There is very little that seems solid or to stand too well on its own, even without a close look.

No kidding. Not index and middle fingers - index and pinkie, thumb tucked in. Maybe he was warding off the Evil Eye!

Ya know, I don't know why Feldman didn't mention
that to Damon when he was on the stand.

Feldman could have at least let the jury "hear"
that before it got objected to. (As he tried
with a few other things. Even though he got
knocked back on them.)

This is just a place BVD has owned since 1986..under her maiden name..but it was p/o on 6/18/02...just 8 days after Denise testified and moved to FL.

Found the timing very interesting.

DVD graduated Cooper High School in 1984....haven't checked on BVD's high school info yet...she would have graduated about 1981

No house was purchased in SD under her maiden name in the recent past.
