We think one of our cats is part Maine coon.

Cool cats, but I want a MANX!

Eventually, Poway will be renamed Westerfield.

If Westerfield is found not guilty and, in fact did not do the crime, it is scary that something like this can destroy a person. He has lost everything. Is there any recourse, other than law suit, for him to recover his attorney fees? It seems fair to me that if you are found not guilty the state pays your costs.

My Maine Coon was strickly an indoor cat.

I have heard that they are supposed to be excellent mousers.

I have "news" for Dusek, the bed canopy
never has meant anything, except they are
freely available for $25. at Linens & Things.
Which is where that particular one was purchased
no doubt. I'm postive every home in that area
had the same flyer & most probably a good many
have the same style canopy.

Great, I appreciate it.

I have no idea why Neecie went to Florida. Maybe she hooked up with some of Demon's friends.

To me, the fact that DW invited them inside indicates that he was either: a) an unusally friendly or very lonely person; or b) had an interest in either Brenda or Danielle.

TOH, the reason DW invited Brenda and Danielle into his home was given in the PH and Trial in testimony. To wit:
Westerfield was in the middle of refurnishing his kitchen. The Kitchen area was draped in plastic.

Brenda said that she noticed DW was redoing his kitchen, and that she was interested in redoing her own, specifically the drawer/cabinet knobs. SHE ASKED Westerfield if she COULD COME IN AND SEE THE KITCHEN.

He took her on a tour of the kitchen, and while talking with her, HE SAID that Danielle and her brother ran ALL OVER THE HOUSE, UPSTAIRS, DOWNSTAIRS, the GARAGE, the LAUNDRY AREA. Then, Brenda said, the kids came to her and asked if they could go out to the POOL. DW said YES.

This was DW's statement to police BEFORE he knew he was a suspect.

Brenda's statement AFTER DW was a suspect, after the PR team worked with her, After her close personal friend (a retired policewoman) advised her in police investigative techniques and police interviews, (and BTW that friend was a 'friend' of the investigators), BRENDA said that the KIDS NEVER LEFT HER SIDE. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD TO COME TO HER TO ASK TO GO OUTSIDE, they never left her side.

Hope that explains "WHY" Brenda, Danielle, and Dyllon went inside DW's house on a GS cookie sale.

"Mousers" is what they were originally used for.
Actually, for catching rats on the old schooner
ships. Apparently, the rats on those old ships
were almost the size of the cats.

Mine never had a chance at a mouse. I'd never
had mice!

"...but murder was never demonstrated -- itself -- beyond a reasonable doubt.

Agree with that statement murder was not proven beyond a reasonable doubt, could have been an accident and cover-up.

No murder, accident or cover-up. One has to stick to
the prosecution's theory of "Murder." A jury cannot
"speculate."

We lost our Maine Coon cat a while back. Have not recovered.

My sympathies. I know how it feels to lose a pet you care about. In particular, when my ex and I lost an extremely precocious tabby, we were both devastated. She couldn't even function for a few weeks. He was a very unique cat.

That leaves 1 print in MH, which wasn't found on first search of MH, but on second search, after DW's arrest, after body was found?

Please stop saying that, UCANSEE2. You know it is not true. I thought so, I was corrected. I know you have been corrected several times. There are other ways it could be invalid. If DW is innocent, it is truth he needs, not disinformation.

"we were both devastated. She couldn't even function for a few weeks."

I know how you feel. I was the same for weeks on end after my cat died. Yet, we have the vdams doing house remodeling, selling/ buying cars, etc. all during the loss of their daughter. I was so upset over my Maine Coon's death, it was all I could do to go to the grocery store every 2 weeks for the longest time.

I was not suggesting the jury speculate, that was mine. Of course what is before them is an accusation of kidnapping and murder.

Sounds like that agrees with the speculation that the vDs came into a lot of money after Danielle's body was found. Insurance again?
