SAN DIEGO, California (CNN) --A San Diego jury began deliberations Thursday in the trial of David Westerfield, accused of kidnapping and killing 7-year-old Danielle van Dam.
The panel of six men and six women adjourned for the day without reaching a verdict. It is set to resume deliberations Friday.

I'm wondering if he will come back and say I was right about the attorneys he got confused with. Not a chance. He's locked into a belief and facts can't get past it.
He thinks Dusek is the defense attorney & Feldman is the prosecutor.
What he "thinks" is God's private little mystery.

I'm picturing a treadjackal wrapped with a belt of firecrackers like a Palestinian High School student at Commencement ceremonies. LOL
Yassir Arafat's secret weapon! Topple the internet with a kennel of specially trained threadjackals!

Some evening reading for you.....

I think ThriftyBest left just after I mentioned the "Report Abuse" button was looking mighty tempting. I got some ditto replys and he's gone. (Fingers crossed, he won't be back.)

I completely overlooked replying to your prayer post. Better late than never, huh? I did join you and will do so when the jury reconvenes, as well as throughout this weekend.
Dear Lord, I seek Your providence and ask that Your will be done. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Heheh...not to worry...he was one of the small independent Free Range Breed TJ...it is the Night Crawling Pack that is most dangerous...
Carry on...

In that case, you would be breaking the law/court rules. It's in the instructions/charges to the jury. Besides, you would have to get the cooperation of the other jurors and I don't think they would go along with you (on breaking the law/judges charges to the jury.)

DJ just got back from a four day trip......The news media doesn't cover @#$%^&*. Was looking forward to getting on FR and finding out what happened in the last few days. Unfortunately most post cover very little factual information...It wastes time, that I should be using doing important things like: laundry (with bleach) Cleaning out the vehicle (with sweeper) Rolling up the hose (left out by my son) and figuring out computer addresses said son cleared when he cleared his porn on my computer. Not to mention hiding the bodies of any neighbor kids that may have gotten attached by my barkless dog! OH! Such is life!

Directly contradicted by other source, which says that DW left not in the MH, but in another vehicle to go to the MH which was stored 20 miles away or so. His departure for the MH location came at about the same time Danielle was first feared missing, but clearly he was unaware of it at the time he left the neighborhood...all parties stipulate to that.
If she had gone out to play, it would then be debatable whether he had gone, might well have, before she came out....

Yep. Same Willie Crane. But even though he looked "creepy", I never said anything cruel about him, like chopping off his head and watch it fall into a basket.

Thanks. There are jackals from a different forum hitting the site. Everywhere they lurk..

No, I don't think I ever said anything like that about him, either. That whole case made me cry, from the stupid mom to the distraught dad to that poor little girl. How ugly life can be sometimes.

Check with AMC, if you have that channel. (You can tape it.) Lately, they've been running the same movies quite often. It was on AMC, I think yesterday morning.

Regarding the graphic you just posted:
I really think you do no great service to the thread by inserting large files lile that into it. A link to it would have been just fine.
To: the Deejay
It's a movie. Of course it's phony. LOL
I've never been on a jury. I've only been called once, and they "cancelled out" - change of venue.
I can't follow your logic on what the jury can/cannot do . It appears that the jury in that "case" wasn't sequestered. Why couldn't Fonda get his own knife?
Do you think that juries don't talk about their own ideas in the jury room? Who's there to "slap their wrists" if they do?
That's like expecting a non-sequestered jury to follow the judge's instructions, and not discuss the case with anyone, or follow it on TV...Oh oh. ;-)

Facts keep tripping him and cannot figure out how to get away from them with his beliefs.

Dang! I forgot to paint the back room again! Too late now! Thanks for the (belated) reminder, though.

It gets worse than that. I also believe in "jury nullification". In sort, if you think the accused is technically guilty of commiting the crime, but was morally justified in doing so, you vote acquit -- regardless of the instructions from the judge.
That would not be something that would come up very often, but it could.

A short note from the 72 Virgins to our fans back on earth
Many of you are arriving in heaven with unrealistic expectations. You need to reread your Koran more carefully. There are just 72 virgins, NOT 72 each. Were very tired. Many of us are now over a thousand years old, but we have recently worked the wait time down to about 200 years. Those of you that are planning the dynamite belt route, please wear it as high as possible, several recent converts have arrived in totally useless condition. We even have had some come in as just heads!
Thinking of you,
The Seventy-two
