We're moving next weekend! I'm not packed yet, and I'm too cheap to pay somebody to do it for me. After I take one of the kitties to the vet today, I'll be spending the rest of today and tomorrow packing and tossing junk. I don't think we have enough bedrooms for everyone (only four) and bathroom space might get tight (2 1/2 baths), but we're all friends here, right? :)

You bet we are friends. Whazza little bathroom crunch when among friends? LOL. I'm glad we are getting to go too. What room/s are we packing today? I have to do my packing too, or at least supervise. I would never find anything, otherwise.

That is soooooooo pretty. Love our flag. I do believe we have the best looking Flag of any nation. :) I'm trying to find a post from Celtic Gal. I wanted to find out about Nacho. I've got to do the mall crawl today and need an early start. I hope there is nothing wrong with the Kitty you are taking to the Vet. Checkup?

I've had movers pack me before, and I had to unpack EVERYTHING in order to find some specific items. And I AM a tightwad, no question about that. We're only moving 5 miles from where we are now, and have enough help, so why pay somebody? I am spending a few dollars to rent a truck, though. Pretty generous, huh? I'll buy the beer for after the move, too. Such a deal!

She's overdue for her checkup and shots. She is a tough one to take to the vet. She was a feral kitten and gets WILD when we try to stuff her in a carrier. Last time I tried it, I was bleeding from a couple of different wounds, got blood on my clothes. Now I have tranquilizers from the vet. I'll crush one tablet and mix it with her favorite soft food. When she nods out, I'll stuff her in the carrier and haul her to the vet. Poor little thing. I do hope CG's Nacho is doing OK. Sounds like she has a very difficult time on her hands. I hate it when our pets are sick. I had a tough time with my Tonkinese, Petra, a couple of years ago before she died of cancer. So sad. I remember the time you had with your little dog, too (I don't remember the name, sorry).
