LOUD-MOUTHED literary lunkhead Gore Vidal calls President Bush a "mindless" clown who's destined to leave office as "the most unpopular president in history."

You have to remember that the man is {{{OLD}}}. Vidal has writen fantasy for so many years it now seems real to mim.

Political insiders close to Mrs. Clinton say she is worried her husband will be a liability in a political future that would most certainly include a second term in the Senate as well as a White House run

FOFL ... I'm so glad to hear that she cares about her marriage ..

She still won't leave him .. they have to much dirt on each other

"My friend told me that the dog for some reason always barks at black people. ????"

It's not so mysterious. They just smell different. It is not uncommon for a dog that is most always around white people to react that way to black people, and vice versa.

"If you really like a woman then there is every reason to buy the cow."

Why Swervie, if you keep talking like that pretty soon we're liable to start thinking you're really a pretty decent guy under all that cynicism.

I'm not worried. I am confident that I can reclaim my reputation.

I just picked up my mail, and lo and behold, I had a post card from Celtic Gal! They went to
Trooping of the Color on the Queen's Birthday, visited a lady whose cottage was over 300 years old, had a proper brit tea time, weather is a mix, they're off to the New Forest at Lynhurst. Of course, this is all old news now.

"If you really like a woman then there is every reason to buy the cow."

But you should try not to refer to her as "The Cow" when she is around.

Why Swervie, if you keep talking like that pretty soon we're liable to start thinking you're really a pretty decent guy under all that cynicism.

Right

My bad. I was far too charitable in speaking of their life of crime in the past tense. I should have been more specific and said, until the limitation runs out on their crimes of mutual complicity LOL

I hope this does not offend anyone but it kind of reminds me of my mother.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The old lady was standing at the railing of the cruise ship holding her hat on tight so that it would not blow off in the wind.
A gentleman approached her and said: "Pardon me, madam. I do not intend to be forward, but did you know that your dress is blowing up in this high wind?"
"Yes, I know," said the lady, "I need both hands to hold onto this hat."
"But, madam, you must know that your privates are exposed!" said the gentleman in earnest.
The woman looked down, then back up at the man and replied, "Sir, anything you see down there is 85 years old. I just bought this hat yesterday!"
Tennessee is the prettiest of them all in my opinion, however, it can be hard to find places to stop to get pictures. Kentucky is the worst as far as being able to stop along the road, even on the back roads.
