Although, knock on wood, after my last and first, hard disk failure, the new drive with 2000 on it has worked as you describe your machine. It just keeps on going - amazing to me.

And what does it say about WinBloze, if it surprises you when it works like it is SUPPOSED TO WORK!?!?!?!?!?!?!

The future holds BAD news (IMHO) for Winbloze users, as people realize that a computer can work just fine for 5 years and they stop upgrading so frequently. Satan Gates will try even MORE draconian measures to keep milking you stooges, once he sees his gigantic revenue stream start to dry up. His latest all-encompassing scheme for world Leftist domination??

"Palladium." Enough said.

Our Independence Timeline:
1765-1773, The British Parliament bypasses colonial assemblies and imposes several internal and external taxes on the outraged colonists

16 Dec 1773, The colonial response to taxation without representation culminates in the Boston Tea Party. The Sons of Liberty dump 342 chests of tea into Boston harbor.

6 Sept 1774, Delegates begin meeting for the First Continental Congress and agree to send grievances to King George III

19 April 1775, Armed conflict between the colonists and British redcoats begins in Lexington and Concord, Massachusetts.

10 May 1775, A Second Continental Congress begins meeting in Philadelphia.

11 June 1776, The Continental Congress appoints a five-man committee, including Thomas Jefferson, to draft a declaration of independence.

28 June 1776, The committee presents the declaration for debate and revision

4 July 1776, The Continental Congress adopts the Declaration of Independence without dissent.

Independence Day, 2002

Each year on Independence Day, Americans honor and celebrate the courageous action that our Nation's Founders took on July 4, 1776 -- the signing of the Declaration of Independence. With that brave and profound decision, the Founders demonstrated their love for liberty and proved that they were willing to fight and die for freedom. As we honor our Founders' bold vision on this first observance of Independence Day since September 11, Americans possess a greater national unity and a deeper appreciation of the things that matter most in our lives -- our faith, our love for family and friends, and our freedom.

In this new era, Americans share a renewed appreciation for the ideals that make our country strong. Our fine service men and women are fighting and winning the war on terror. They deserve the gratitude of all people who cherish freedom.

Throughout our Nation's history, Americans have been steadfast in their efforts to build a country of liberty, peace, and opportunity for all. As we act to lift the dark cloud of terror from our Nation and the world, we reaffirm our determination to preserve our Forefathers' legacy of freedom. In doing so, we honor their legacy as we move forward into the 21st century.

On this Independence Day we pay special tribute to all those currently serving in the Armed Forces and to our veterans. Their contributions have been critical to the defense of our country, and our Nation is grateful.

Laura joins me in extending best wishes for a safe and memorable Independence Day. May God bless you, and may God continue to bless America.

GEORGE W. BUSH

Darlin', that bear is about the size of the one that visited last summer. The one that took years off my life recently had to be twice the weight. It was BIG! I did not ask if he likes donuts.

"Blonde Cowgirl"

A blonde decides to try horseback riding, even though she has had no lessons nor prior experience. She mounts the horse, unassisted, and the horse immediately springs into motion. It gallops along at a steady and rhythmic pace, but the blonde begins to slip from the saddle.

In terror, she grabs for the horse's mane, but cannot seem to get a firm grip. She tries to throw her arms around the horse's neck, but she slides down the side of the horse anyway. The horse gallops along, seemingly impervious to its slipping rider.

Finally, giving up her frail grip, the blonde attempts to leap away from the horse and throw herself to safety. Unfortunately, her foot has become entangled in the stirrup, she is now at the mercy of the horse's pounding hooves as her head is struck against the ground over and over.

As her head is battered against the ground, she is mere moments away from unconsciousness when to her great fortune, Bill, the Wal Mart greeter, sees her difficulty and unplugs the horse.
