I posted pictures of the houses on the thread and everyone here thought they were gorgeous.

They all seem to be pretty happy. All but two of them still have the same husbands they started out with and those two seem to be enjoying life more than ever with their new spouses. It doesn't look really promising. LOL

Ya Ya is an affectionate term used in the south, mostly Louisiana, for ages.Is that related to the Ya Ya Sisterhood book and movie?

The elections for the fall are beginning to shape well. We need to work this fall to get these A-h*les to change the Senate and keep moving back to the center and then make conservatism the center once again.
One step....one big step. I hope we all work harder than in 2000...we don't need no steekin recounts again!

I think W's emphasis on common sense judges will trump democrats race baiting at this point in time. How do we tell what is a common sense judge. One of the two who signed this opinion was a Nixon apointee.
Eisenhower apointed Earl Warren to the Supreme Court because he had a reputation as a Hanging Judge and law and Order Governor in California.

Mo has already contracted to be my neighbor.
Unfortunately she hasn't won the lottery yet....

Yep, the book was somewhat autobiographical, written about the author's mother and her lifelong friends here in Louisiana. The term Ya Ya didn't originate with that particular circle of friends though.

I wonder when the government will cut funding to those corrupt socialist greenie organizations that we are paying to fight against us. I don't know. Maybe when we elect a real Conservative?
I really do think it makes a difference WHO is President.
It depends on the man, not the party.
I don't like the Republicans or the Democrats now.
I do still like Ron Paul.

That's cause the term originated in the North....
I have audio tape proof of this.....

Nixon swung to the left, and we know from your earlier post about Ike. I think W takes his responsibility of nominating judges more as history than politics... I hope.

We have the President we need, he has a date with Mt Rushmore. Unfortunately, he has to deal with whining RINOs.

Unfortunately, he has to deal with whining RINOs. The answer is poaching, something any true Southern male is good at. We'll kill them for their horns, or because they are horny, or for a big charity BBQ.
Long Congressional Pig ummmmh! Good.

How it transferred to the South would be a great mystery story for some bored jouirnalist.
