Isn't that the name of the swamp that the cartoon character Pogo lives in? I like him - he's full of sage sayings like "We have met the enemy and he is us." Or his friend Porky Pine: "Don't take life so serious, son. It ain't NO HOW permanent." I collected some of the old books and laughed at them a lot.
