Would it shock you to know I have the furnace turned on???? It is 63° and we have had .50in of rain so far today.

I had to turn my furnace on also...it was so chilly in here, I could not stand it...I hate to turn the furnace on while its almost July, but I hate being cold even more...

No, when I go to bed, the hubby is still at work...and Dizzy does not want to sleep in bed with me...he seems to have his own special little places to go...
But yes, last nite sure was good sleeping...I had my warm quilt, and it was nice snuggling down under it....

I dont really mind the cooler temps...but I do wish the rain would stop already...its just been an all day long thing, and I am tired of it...I dont mind the rain at all during the fall and the winter, but I really hate it in the summer...Our summer can be cool, thats ok with me, but I want blue skies, and be able to see the mountains...

We were hoping to get up to Mt. Rainier, to go camping this summer, but I dont know if we will or not...there are a number of things going on with us, on different weekends, it seems like we will be too busy for camping...
But I just love to camp...sitting out under the stars, with a campfire and bottle of beer, is to me, the height of enjoyment...just simple pleasures that I love...and there is nothing like the smell of bacon and eggs and coffee perking, wafting through the morning air...
It does not take much to make me happy...

It didn't rain all that hard here..Just a typical NW drizzle..Only .55in since last midnight..Last I looked it was getting close to 3.00in over at Forks, WA....

I should go as well....need to go to bed a little earlier than usual, as I need to go to the store tomorrow morning, and the hubby has some chores planned for us to do together...and Dizzy is nagging, and I still have a few dollies to unpack...
