Look at what you're missing since you moved away from Houston
The first confirmed case of West Nile virus in Texas was discovered in a dead blue jay in west Harris County this week and officials warned residents Tuesday to take precautions against the potentially deadly mosquito-borne disease.

I'm glad you didn't tell me to thisk, because whatever it is, I don't think I'm equipped for the task. Then you are surely equipped to be thisked

The first confirmed case of West Nile virus in Texas was discovered in a dead blue jay in west Harris County this week I think I would worry more about Equine Encephalitis and Dengue Fever and the possible return of drug resistant Malaria, than West Nile.

Wow, aren't you lucky? You have a long list of worries.

Wow, aren't you lucky? You have a long list of worries. Those things are only dangerous if you go outside. Why would anyone do that.

This is an amazing reversal:
CHICAGO Reversing a long-standing anti-vitamin policy, The Journal of the American Medical Association today is advising all adults to take at least one multivitamin pill each day. Scientists' understanding of the benefits of vitamins has rapidly advanced, and it now appears that people who get enough vitamins may be able to prevent such common chronic illnesses as cancer, heart disease and osteoporosis, according to Drs. Robert Fletcher and Kathleen Fairfield of Harvard University, who wrote the new guidelines.

I think the "my comments" notification has been fixed so your own comments don't show up as "new comments made to you"
To: ValerieUSA
Oops, I was wrong... that post showed up as a "new posts to you"
Now my daily error is out of the way.

Valerie, I never took vitamins until my doctor suggested it. Now I am a believer in them and in their ability to prevent or minimize the damage from "free radicals" in the system. Anyone who takes Vitamin E will notice a great change in the skin. When rubbed on a damaged area, "E" is also a good thing for helping heal cuts from within so that scars do not form.

Update: Ringy is doing much better. She is so grateful for the love and concern everyone has expressed for her and her family. She has decided to stay in Europe for a little while longer. She is relaxing, visiting some favorite spots, getting a little sun.

Hello, thanks for the news. It's good for ringy to keep busy and enjoy life instead of worrying.

I just got home with Garrett and saw the report on Fox News about the bombing. The mayor of Jerusalem has it right - he is disgusted that Yasser Arafat remains a free man and a leader. The remedy starts with his removal.
