I will reward myself with a bottle of wine for every 5 pounds I lose until I'm where I want to be. I want to be at the same weight for my next birthday that I was on my birthday 4 years ago. Valerie will be hungry until then.

One slimming trick that has worked very well for me is to cut out ALL sodas and use water instead.

Two big firetrucks just sped down my quiet little street and stopped at the corner a couple of blocks down. Everyone else in the neighborhood is headed that way to check it out.

I drink a lot more water now than I used to but I cannot imagine life without Coke, even though I've been drinking diet Coke for months.
