Now hold on girl.. I never said that.. lol I'm just rethinking this.. I've been such a philanderer, and I had a few unsound moments a while back.. Westy hasn't really denied the charge.. and AC is really in a panic by the looks.. Poor Westy.. I just assumed... yaknow? If I could only remember where I was on such and such a night and who..... Hmmmm...

Thanks for that pbs info - not watching the tellie, I miss out, but I can count on freepers to get me back up to speed. ;-)
Is Mom awake yet? In jail? Worse?
Mom, you are correct abot TAPS = UrbanLegend. I like the story however. ;-)

I had a lost weekend with AC? I don't remember that.. I think you're foolin me.. If I had a lost weekend with AC..I think these kids should be born by now..my memory isn't that bad.. Maybe it's a tumor....
To: grannie9
Slut....slattern, hussy...and at your age as well ;-)Business must be good at the Grog and Grope for you to forget which fella it was, though I tend to think this is a sign of Divine Intervention at your stage in life for such an event to occur....
To: habs4ever
Oh good your back.. Now we can change the subject.. You're right tho, it could be a tumor, or a very blessed event.. So.... who's going to be the blessed events famous father?

I just got up, still rubbing the sand out of my eyes and on my first cup of coffee...
Loddy, too bad that story was an urban legend, it was a good story however...
Just got two different emails from my cousin Jim back in Chicago....he met up with the hubby yesterday, and apparently the cousin and his wife, and my cousins mom who is my aunt Wanda, came and got my hubby and took him over to my Uncle Harry and Aunt Lees house, where their son, my cousin Dennis and his wife and children were...So it was kind of like a family reunion, but I was not there...but nice of my hubby to visit with my family, and bring them up to speed on our life out here in Washington State...
My cousin Jim sent me several pics today, from the big reunion yesterday, so it nice for me to see my relatives again...especially because my Uncle Harry is battling prostate cancer, and Aunt Lee has empheseyma(spelling?)..and Aunt Wanda, who has only failing eyesight, is near 90...so the hubby done good, visiting with all the relatives, and he will give me a more full report when he returns home...
I need to head out to the store soon...Ugh...hate going to the store...but Dizzy is out of his special treats and I need to pick myself up something special for dinner this evening...
Hopefully they will have some nice plants of some dollies for me to buy, to make my grocery shopping experience more pleasant...

hi loddie
I've stopped watchin' tellie too
that was last show I watched
it put a different complexion on things
if judge and jury are paid off
you can win any case
and there's lotsa money to be made
seemed like only industry in that little town was trial lawyers bringing their cases there
I'm sure they throw their money around in hotels and restaurants too
seems cattle rustling was modus vivendi for lots which happened in old west
it was what was behind shoot-out in ok corral
and seems to be what was behind this range war between sheepherders and cattlemen in book I am readin' now
Love, Palo

ROTFLMAO...I think "HE" should step up to the salad spinner plate and just admit "HE" is the father.

hi andysmom
if you come home with dollies and plants it won't feel like such a chore
it's sweet of your hubby to visit your relatives too
and catch them up on your life in WA State
I bet they love it
Has he gone to Marshall Field to dollie shop for you
I am curious which dolls he brings home for you
To: habs4ever
habs, she got fired from Grog and Grope for bein' too tipsy to stand up
altho perhaps that was the ''big night''

Oh my goodness. Are you suggesting Senior Habs did the dirty deed? Noooooo.. much too young for the spritely Gran.. Unless it was the UPS guy..and he's kind of young too, I would have to say it was an older man.. I'm not much for robbing the cradle donchaknow... As far as I remember that seems to be the case...????
To: palo verde
Actually, we decided it might be better if he did not buy me a dollie at Marshall Fields...I started thinking about it, and thought, that since I have so many dolls, the hubby might accidentally buy me a dolly that I already have...and then, even if he got me a doll which I did not already have, I was really concerned about him getting it safely home...what with all the beefed up security at the airports and on the airplanes, he would probably have to check the dolly in with his luggage...
And I have seen some of those baggage handlers, and the rough way they sometimes handle the luggage...
So we decided that it would not probably be the best idea for the hubby to buy me dollys...
Thats why he gave me an extra large bankroll to play with back here...he will be in for a shock, when I tell him I spent almost all of it
But he will be glad that I had a good time shopping while he was gone...and I know he will return with some of his own bankroll...he always takes way more than he needs, just in case of emergencies, or should he need extra money for anything...
I am sure he will share his bankroll with me, when he returns...
Well, I should go to the store, before it gets too busy...see ya later...
To: andysandmikesmom
more sensible plan
it's not so easy for him to choose 'xactly which dollie you want
easier for him to hand over his bankroll to you when he gets home
and let you pick out your own dollie gifts from ebay

Well, nuts...I scanned the TV viewing for today, and found the Nero Wolfe was coming on, and I love Nero Wolfe...its on for two hours, and then on comes Murder She Wrote, three different programs...
Now, I dont watch a heck of a lot of television, but I do have my favorite programs...and Murder She Wrote, and Nero Wolfe are two of those programs, so a visit to the grocery store seems unimportant...I went into my arsenal of Dizzys special bag, and was able to find one last bag of kitty treats...then pulled a steak from the freezer, made a salad to go with it, and put a bottle of wine in the fridge, so I am covered for this evenings meal...I will have to set my alarm for early tomorrow, and get to the store in the early morning hours, before too many other shoppers appear...
I enjoy watching Murder She Wrote, even tho they are all reruns...I enjoy Angela Lansbury, and the odd cast of characters...what I especially enjoy about Murder She Wrote, is the scenery, when she is home in Cabot Cove...now on the series, she is supposed to be living in a small ocean front town in New England, named Cabot Cove...But in reality the show is really filmed in Mendocino California, up on the northern end of California...
That area is so familiar to me, as my mom lived near there, and we always went to Mendocino for shopping in the tourist traps, dinner, great seafood, and camping in the nearby Redwood groves...so seeing the town and the nearby scenery, is like old home week for me...
And a local carpenter, who has helped build many of the sets for Murder She Wrote, built a lattice work area for my aunts porch, and he also built a special ramp for my moms house, when mom and dad had trouble walking up the steps...
So I will get to the durned grocery store tomorrow...
To: lodwick
just started different Zane Gray book
this one is easier faster reading
altho that one bout the blood feud between the two Texas families in Arizona
was more psychological
To: andysandmikesmom
''murder she wrote'' is my favorite show
if it's on this afternoon I'll watch it too
thanks for the heads-up andysmom
