You may be on to something there, Prentice. But I have no lawn to speak of, just a field surrounded by 24 acres of mountains and trees. Perhaps I could burn down my forest. That would make lots of smoke as well as destroy wildlife habitat, sort of an anti green twofer. What do you think?

Speaking of bears, two big bears were spotted together on the ridge up from the house. I think that they must be hanging around for the huckleberries, wild blueberries and then blackberries to ripen. I will not tempt fate this year even if the berries are wonderful. Two bears are two more than I want to confront.
