Hi Chrissy..Last I knew they were still having trouble getting an ISP with enough bandwidth. Havn't checked today though. Didn't figure anyone would be working the problem today.....

I got into a nice fight with two sisters.Something about wimmin that they like to boss men about and have the last word, and also get in the middle of a good blow up for no reason than to butt in ;-)

westy must enjoy SETI for its own experience

I read the webpages for SETI and it's absolutely amazing to me how many,many people are involved in this project, using their computers. I hadn't heard about it until you mentioned that Westy is "tuning in". Art Bell also asks for people to help out, but this pic I posted was from the ads at a gif site.

oki if pic shows red x on explorer, then it shows same thing on netscape
what happened with your ET was fluke
there was just empty space on my explorer, but netscape had pic
having second browser doesn't change things
altho on netscape the gifs are animated, on my explorer they are not

SETI@home doesn't seem too serious - the participants' chat seems light. And the International Space Station is putting a platform up for a listening post. I told Westy it should be SETI@ISS - haha. But I find ads in more and more places, asking for volunteers. That pic of our blue Westy at his laptop is an ad I found.
