"Hummmm..... where did Swerve say he was going on vacation ?" ROTFL!!
To: sweetliberty
Okay... what was me? It doesn't matter, I already feel guilty... *L*

Geeze, Mo.....like you have nothing else to do! Their little actions like that are enough to ban them from your property--I would if he/she pulled that with me. They need to learn there are consequences for their actions!

"there should be some kind of technology out there to make this an easier job" Sure, they have those x-ray machines that leave nothing to the imagination. I guess people can subject themselves to that if they want, but to me that is not freedom. I will stay on the ground until our airlines get with the same program Israel has and profiles these SOB's. Sure, there are always ways if they are really determined, but in essence, treating the citizens of the US AS IF they were criminals does nothing in my opinion to foster confidence in our rights and liberties under the Constitution.

....so why do we put up with them?...
Gee, CG.....I was under the impression THEY put up with US, and not the other way around! LOL.

"I will submit that air travel will be 100% safe--once everyone is forced to leave everything at home and fly bare-assed naked!" Not unless all orafices are plugged.

"I already feel guilty" As well you should, putting Rowdee up to busting my funkle in your absence....or so Nully says.

"92* in the shade" Is that all? It feels hotter in northern Louisiana but I haven't seen the temperature yet. I know it was suppose to be in the 90's.

"Sounds like heaven today" It is beautiful and everything is green and the flowers are all in bloom.

Thanks for posting that link. Nice to know what will be going on over there when we are there. We are going on our 25th anniversary honeymoon to England where we have lots of friends to see. So it will be fun to be in the villages where we will be staying to find out how they celebrate a celeberation such as this. As great as it may be, it will never measure up to our 4th of July, however. But I will be gracious to our hosts and not rub it in..maybe leave a few 2 dollar bills around. Look on the back sometime..it is a picture of the Signing of the Dec. Of Independence heheheh

That is seriously good advice about the no fertilizer program. I areate the yard twice a year and it looks every bit as good as the neighbors that do the ChemLawn thing each and every month. Plus the chemicals unnaturally accelerate the growth of the native LiveOaks and CedarElms, to their detriment.

The little sheet tried to say he was sorry .. I just walked away ... Probably much less paperwork that way...

"Do you think that means that she'll still be hanging around, lurking, ready to pounce without warning and just generally annoying everyone in sight ?" She lives in the bushes remember?

Are you serious ? The Return of the Village Idiot ? Tht's the first sequel.
Stay tuned for "Son of the Village Idiot" and "Son of the village Idiot meets Godzilla"
To: sweetliberty
Ooops - did you escape to Louisiana? A lot of the bright ones leave, I've heard. Hell, my brilliant IBM type neighbor is from KY. ;-)

Hey...nice conversation you had with some poster named Prentice late last night....he was so shy, he didn't say much...
Think he might have gone to bed?
Now, what were we talking about anyway?
To: Mo1
We're going to have to pitch in and get you a version of "the panic room"....not the movie, just the idea of a place you can go lock yourself away from the village idiots....
That way you can post more....
:-)

I am working in Louisiana this week. I LIVE in Arkansas. My daddy and sister still live in Kentucky. Most of the family for that matter. I love the hills of Kentucky. There's no place else quite like it.
