I guess most of the south needs that rain. As for the magnolias, we don't see many of those around here so I don't know if they have yet bloomed. We are rhodendron and native azalea country. Those are blooming.

No magnolias? I thought they were all over Georgia. We had them in the Augusta area. We have them here too but they haven't bloomed yet here that I have seen.

I made it home! Pulled in at 1:45 MST this afternoon!

Mo, have you ever discussed the "problem child" with her parents? You might approach it "sensitively" with something like "I can't but help but notice that your little monster darling isn't wrapped too tight has issues and I was wondering if you were aware of it. Might I suggest a good beating counselor?"

Maybe you can tape record yourself asking her to be quiet because Carly is asleep, and then her screaming and waking up the baby, and ask her mom to play it at the girl's own bedtime and to wake her up each morning until she "gets it."

Oh yeah, when my kids were little this brother and sister from down the street would always show up, LJ and Brittany. The little girl was cute and polite, but LJ was a nightmare. There were two of us moms who always had the kids over - and the other mom finally banned LJ from her yard, so I was stuck with him for awhile. I was so happy when that family moved away. LJ's mom was young and very fat and whenever we saw her outside she was nearly naked - going to check the mail in sheer babydolls and such - and when her husband was home they would be in the yard making it. The kids were told to get lost.

Oh you should have seen the next door neighbor I use to have .. every day Mike would come home from work I would just bitch about these people and wanted to move .. thankfully they finally left .. and a nice family moved in
