G'Night Liberty -- I was watching the maternity ward show on TLC with Gabriel - he was totally grossed but fascinated and wanted to know all about when he was born. I told him the doctor was barefoot because he thought he had time for a nap, hee hee hee. I loved that doctor. He delivered all my kids (well, almost delivered Gavin - he walked in the room in time to say "It's a boy" from the doorway.)

I had not such luck .. my kiddies loved me so much they didn't want to leave .. LOL

My deliveries were not that bad compared the many horror stories I have heard so I can't really complain

Gabe was number 4 -- I had long labors with the others (even with Gavin, number 2) so the doc thought it would be another long one with Gabe, but he didn't dare go back home. (That's what he did with Gavin, and his wife said he was not to come home again until after Valerie's baby was born *LOL*) When I had Garrett (number 3) I had a nice big private birthing room, so the doctor set up a desk there and did his paperwork with me for a few hours. That hospital had closed by the time I had Gabe, so I didn't have nearly as nice accomodations then, so he went to the doctor's lounge for a nap, and was annoyed when the nurses brought him back to the room so soon. He did not believe I was about to deliver, so he didn't bother to put his shoes back on.

Well by relocated, it seems to me that animals can be trapped and then taken deeper into the woods or to another area where there is not the human population to be threatened.
