What is a Freeople?? ....
A Freeople - it's kind of a long, evolving story. But I'll give it a shot. Last year, a whole bunch of us were banned from another site for what seemed to be pretty arbitrary reasons, like committing the sin of addressing a post to another poster. Many of us found our way over here, and a "reunion" thread was begun. After a few threads, the name became "You People" because of the way we had been addressed by the staff on the other site. The thread name evolved to Freeoples, for People who Freep. I think. Anyway, it has been evolving, we discuss politics, post links to stories that are pushing our buttons, have heated discussions on issues of the day, have friendly discussions, joke around, etc. I hope you drop by now and then and join us

Fox just reported a confirmed case of anthrax in Maryland at the disease research lab as well as new spores there.

Yes. It is really sloooww and the screen freezes up a lot and I'm having a hard time maintaining my connection. Been getting other weird things too.

I have never been able to understand the very leftward leanings of so many American Jews. One would think that the typical Chamberlain Democrat "concede everything in the name of peace" doctrine would have long ago convinced Jews that the American left would lead Israelis out of the promised land and into the grave.

One would think, but there is a mental numbness that seems to occur with prolonged exposure to and acceptance of the left. Like a trance or a stupor or something. They seem to become incapable of independent thought. But by the grace of God, some wake up and suddenly recognize impending doom. Then I guess it is similar to waking from a bad dream or being alerted just in time to avert imminent disaster.

Well I was weeding and planting some petunia's in hanging baskets

It's still a little earlier to plant much ..

But I did plant a blackberry bush last year and I put some strawberries in and I think maybe I'll just do tomatos this year since that is all anyone here likes to eat

It was a day for playing in the dirt, Mo. I did the same and dug holes for the garden fence (a necessity unless the garden is to be food for the deer and rabbits) and sprayed the fruit trees.

My sister has to put up a fence for her garden because of the deer down in Philly

One of the neighbor's down mom's built this fortress for their garden it looked really nice but them deer just knocked it down .. they are that bad ...lol

I usually plant peppers and cumcumbers but no one ever eats them plus I want to get a climber set for the kids to play on and that is going to to up room.. I don't know .. we shall see

Although I agree entirely, I will never be able to understand why so many folks seem unable to recognize the pure hucksterism that promotes Democrat Party "values."
