(from last night)
I hope I am not on jury duty when eaglets are born
their birth date is April 25th
I am ''called' for April 23rd
I wonder what day they will emerge
isn't April 25th just a due date

Yes, I think April 25, is the expected due date for the eaglets to begin hatching...I guess there will be a few days leeway either to hatch earlier or later....

This will be exciting...Palo is checking in for jury duty...If you get accepted on a jury, you will become investigator Palo, searching out the evidence and the clues...perhaps we can get Lulu a Sherlock Holmes cap to wear, and she can help you sort through all the evidence...

Yes, I thought it a rare blessing to have seen a bald eagle like that. As for liking me.. well.. ST Francis of Assissi I am not. I just walk rather lightly on my feet, for a guy, in the woods. Animals tend to get a touch of curiousity about such things. (Can be bad, at times. Walked straight through the center of a rather spread out herd of white-tail. They spooked once they realized there was a person around. I had to find some place to sit so I didn't catch a hoof to the head.)
Anywhoos.. Laughter is the best medicine.. or was that chocolate? Someone told me it was sex.. Now I'm confused. Oh well.. *shrugs, rubs bump on forehead from hardwood floor* Strangely, I have been thinking of a friend who died a year or so ago. Thinking alot about them. Very odd. Well.. She was my best friend, and step-daughter. (She'd been my friend from before I met her mom. She introduced us.) She died in a one car accident on the same road that a few friends of mine died on. I learned to drive on that same road, so it's hard for me to understand it. Her death sparked a huge problem with my Captain in my unit. (He called me a liar, said she was still alive. What an idiot.) I was so p.o'd that I left the Guard. Been out for almost a year. For some strange reason, I've been thinking about it. Can't quite stick my finger on it, or put it in words to make sense of it. But I get the feeling like my right hand is gone. (As close as I can get. Hey, I was an artilleryman. I'm more comfortable blowing things up from miles away than trying to make sense of stuff.) Still gets me miffed with my Captain when I think about it. Oh well... Gotta go wander a bit. Let your eyes go for now. Laters -Darksheare

I am having a day of abstinence. Actually I didn't drink much Vodka yesterday.. it was just fluids. You get so thirsty on the boat...and believe it or not, it's been very dry here in Fl.. I've been a very good girl today..in fact I even have a curl..right in the middle of my forehead..

Here in Travis county, the geniuii with the court systems decided they needed to "know" the jurors better, and so they include a questionaire on the back of the summons.

Among the questions is, "What organizations are you a member of?" I proudly list the NRA, the TexasRifleAss'n., the SecondAmendmentSisters, our FreeRepublic, the RepublicanParty, and everything else I can scrunch into the tiny little line.

If you don't want to serve, just ask intelligent questions to both the defense and the prosecution - they are not looking for bright people, they want a panel of turnips who shop exclusively at K-Mart.

it is quite unique that animals in the wild let you be so close to them
you have beautiful loving spirit
maybe your friend joined you (in spirit) when you were in woods
I guess the animals liked her too :)
it is good omen you saw bald eagle, means your soul wants to soar
just watching eagles in nest on webcam has helped me be peaceful during this past bumpy month

This a big night, old son, as big as the closing of the parish church at Ste Catherine and Atwater.It's been 6 yrs since our suffering has had a chance to be relieved, so let's count our blessings :-)It feels like '71 all over again ;-)Go Saku Go!!
