Buckeroo - I may be relatively new here - but this is beyond rediculous. You "get away" with cussing out not only the admin moderator(s) but Jim himself. What a crock of crap!

You and Jim engage in a "flame war" (something which likely would have gotten anybody else banned) -
there are various "post deleted by moderators" only to see that deleted post duplicated in a subsequent post. Why delete the original and then allow it to be repeated later on?

Jim, Why the hell would you allow this to go on - you make at least two references to "pulling this thread" - although - here it is... still alive and more messed up than anything I've seen on this site.

Frankly - were this my site - Buckaroo would be gone - permanently, and Jim Robinson would receive a two day suspension for "flaming". What I don't understand is why Buckeroo doesn't just shut up and leave - instead of posting crap like this and getting Jim into a "jerk match".

while I don't disagree that there have been some unusual and seemingly unnecessary bans and "time-outs" imposed - not to mention completely unresponsive Admin moderator in other cases - Whether you like it or not - this is Jim's site - and he damn well can do with it what he likes. If anybody doesn't like the way it is organized, moderated - or anything else about it - they should either politely say so(and then shut up, not argue about it) and/or get the hell off. Thanks for the ping. I may not always like threads or posts being pulled, while others are left there (inconsistency) but overall what have we really got to complain about. I am a perl programmer myself and know Jim has put a lot of work into this. I for one appreciate it. It is not perfect, never will be, but it kicks the a$$ off anywhere else. Jim pulled a perfectly good thread of mine once (at least I thought it was...), for a copyright reason, and was nice enough to e-mail me explaining it. If he is as busy as I am supporting the software I write and data bases I engineer then I am amazed he took the time to tell me why at all. If you want to whine, whine about the government, demonrats, crime, etc. If your not happy with something on the site I suggest you either freep mail Jim or post a polite question to the forum or comment stating your concern.

As a side note, maybe we could make a new area called Flamed By Freepers where people can vent their total hatred of the site and each other. Sort of like an adult section. No nudity, unless it is a woman of course, maybe call it the FR-BAR. My guess - it would fill up quick. So maybe the enterprising person who started this thread could up his own money and start a board just for that....
