They are so quick to learn.
As a little kid, did you ever see a dog act in a circus which used Border Collies? It seems like a lot use the little poodles....but the ones with B/Cs were most impressive.
Tess loved tennis balls...and if you ignored her when she would bring it to your feet and drop it, she'd nudge it with her nose back to you....she'd keep doing that as though to use your feet as a backdrop to a basketball net or something!
But the way they cut their eyes and use their eyes are what fascinates me so much...oh, yeah, and their mouth!

The squirrels will learn to taunt her. They torment my dogs so bad, sitting up in the trre, just out of reach and scolding them with the loudest squirrel chatter you ever heard and the dogs get whipped into a frenzy - usually about 5:30 AM. grrrrrrr... I think the squirrels do it on purpose to get the dogs in trouble.

Val, that is soooooo cute. LOL. BTW, the doggie council has invited Molly to an egg hunt, for Easter. :) Seems they hide lamb chewies, etc. Sooooooo, since I've decided on blue linen for Easter, Mollys' outfit will be blue linen and white gauze. :) Around her neck she'll have a linen and gauze ruffled collar. She'll have linen and lace stockings. ROFL. I just KNEW you'd like knowing this. LOL LOL LOL.

I sure like the idea of pet doors. In So-Cal, we had them so the dogs could go in and out while we were at work.
Didn't have one in Montana nor here....too concerned that skunks might learn the routine....or maybe stray cats!!

Molly likes hers. Bess and I do, too. LOL. This one locks down and is user friendly. :) So far, no strays have come in. It opens to a fenced yard, so maybe that helps cut down on the visitors. :)

Here's a hint when taking pictures of pets - don't be afraid to get in close. Not too close if you're using a flash, but in natural window light, get in close and you can get a good picture. Here Yoda is only pretending to be asleep. He's guarding the pillow he stole for his nap because he thinks I just might put it back where it belongs (I didn't)

Dogs jumping rope, lamb chewy hunts, taunting squirrels, sun-soaked cats, fashion shows. Time to go back to sleep and finish this weird dream.
To: ValerieUSA
LOL. I'm sure they do. Squirrels are crafty. :) Oh Dear, we lost another Scientist, I see. Bio expert. That is just too odd. So many of them in such a short time frame.
To: Letitring
You have to get a portrait of you and Molly in your Easter finery! I'll bet there will be a photographer at the event just for that.
To: catpuppy
LOL. HEYYYYYYYYY Catpuppy. SMOOCHES. :) Yes, and don't forget dead Scientist. :)
To: ValerieUSA
LOL. If not, I'll get one. Yes, that is a great idea. Thanks. THEN, maybe you can talk me through how to scan it, etc., so I can e-mail you one. LOL.

Good morning catpuppy. I'll bet you know what a difficult assignment that would be for a photographer to take those portraits at a pet event. Worse than taking pictures of babies. Animals do not like to hold still for the camera, especially when there is so much going on all around them.
To: Letitring
Good morning. It is morning, isn't it?
To: ValerieUSA
Good morning Valerie. Yes, I can imagine the problem photographing animals. Sorta like the triplets.
To: Y'all
Good Morning, Y'all !
We had booming thunderstorms from about midnight until dawn. It's still cloudy and looks like it could rain again any minute. Everything is such a lovely spring green

Looks like it nauseated you. LOL. You are pea green this morning. :)

I had to say that, so you'd know I had my monitor fixed. I can see colors again. ROFL.

Mollys' outfit will be blue linen and white gauze. :) Around her neck she'll have a linen and gauze ruffled collar. She'll have linen and lace stockings. Oh, Ringy, how could you? Molly is a working dog. Are you getting a lace garter belt to hold up the stockings? A six cup training bra?
