I can't speak for I others .. but I am aware of the military accidents .. I have a cousin who's brother in-law was a pilot in a helicopter that went down .. I learned a few things during that time .. and they never did recover his body or any of the other men that died

As for these scientist .. this is like 15 in the last 6 months .. you have to admit .. that is a high number of scientist in a short amount of time

Oh, you don't need to convince me. I'm a cradle born Pubbie but I have many friends and acquaintances who became very conservative Republicans their mid 30's to early 40's.
The President's nomination acceptance speech had several remarkable passages and it is still one of my favorite GWB speeches. Presidnet Bush, like President Reagan, is an optimistic man and he seldom speaks ill of others. He closed his speech that night by quoting his good friend, Tom Lea, an from Paso who said,
"live on the east side of the mountain ...
It is the sunrise side, not the sunset side.
It is the side to see the day that is coming ...
not the side to see the day that is gone."
