I don't remember exactly the filetype you see on a Powerpoint file, but I'm pretty certain it isn't PAF. Somewhere I saw a list of file types, including old legacy types, but I can't remember it. Doh!

Thank you Rowdee I saw all that - but this is supposed to be an estimate from people that install windows (real ones) in Spain. I dumped it on note pad and it has their address.

PAF also seems to have something to do with British Postal Codes data base. There is also a program to convert to WAV format - so there must be a lot of different PAF files.

No it won't. Did you happen to hear Rush yesterday? He was talking about how Gebhart I think it was was speaking and saying that their focus would be on "getting out the vote." Well, guess what area is not subject to cash restrictions. You got it. They can put all the money in the world into "get out the vote" campaigns, including disguising campaign ads as getting out the vote ads. And we all know the great lengths the RATS will go to to get out the RAT vote. They can pay for bus trips and cigarettes and all kinds of stuff.

Dirty, stinking little talking a******s! Why don't they just go away? I never thought I could find any group of people so completely detestable, and just when I think they can't possibly get any worse, they always do. I guess my big mistake is to expect them to eventually wake up and behave like human beings, but they never do.

but it is a .PAF file. Can anyone out there read a PAF file and covert it to WORD?

Is that file format supposed to be a type of text or word processing file??

If so, you can open it in some other generic text processor, and paste it into a word file.

Is it a 'personal ancestry file??' I also get some indications that that file type can also be created by a multi-media editing program too.

Do you know which program created the original file??
