it's cause first the egg has to be kept warm, then the baby has to be kept warm
isn't that why one has to be in nest all the time now?

Not a whole lot to tell. Just that she stayed on the nest, fidgeted around, huffed and puffed. Then she stood up and rolled the egg around a bit. If you've ever spent much time around chickens, the scene is familiar. By morning, I hope she'll stand up and show us if there's another egg.
