Good Morning. The Hobbits have moved over too... They are beginning to stumble in. Hobbits aren't good at navigating to new places. They like to stay close to home.

wonder who will find his way to your hobbit thread
not to be competitive but doesn't dregs and flakes have more universal appeal than hobbits

you were actin' funny Oooooooooooo - careful, palo! I feel a hex comin' on. Remember she did the chicken in for those enchiladas and has those magic-working chicken feet, and time on her hands. (LOL LOL)

Well I am for sure a flake, and these comments are so welcome after a night at work that wore me slick. I got a new refrigerator, it's a side by side ("Oh, we ain't got a barrel of money, maybe we're ragged and funny...") with running cold water, and cubes or crushed ice, whatever you want. My old refrigerator was about 30 years old--it used to be top of the line, but that was a loooooooong time ago...It still worked, but it was, yuck, that brown color, and it WOULDN'T DIE!!!
I waited years for that refrigerator to die, and it never did, so when the men installed my new one, I said drag the blamed thing off and stomp on it, honey, I don't care. But he said that since it still works, they will put it back of the store, and sometimes poor people come and get them, and sometimes the junk man hauls them off.
I hope you have a marvelous, shiny day, Palo Verde, and I love you. Your friend, GrannyK

Never learned the watusi. But I was pre-disco. I even stayed in a Holiday Inn once. ;o)
Dregs and flakes? That's fine, I was worried that ya'll let real weirdos in here!
Re: the sory about the "dwarf", was inspired by the homepage of Lazamataz. (No plagarism intended). I wrote part, then my friend "Blam" wrote part, then we mixed the two, tossed it around ... actually his part was the way he wrote it verbatim. Mine we modified to add a few elements about various Freeper "elements" - the black helicopter, the dwarf, the reference to the mugging of Dan Rather ("What's the frequency Kenneth?").
Who says Freepers can't have fun.
Daniel Kines was a young man that died from muscular dystrophy. God rest his soul. I know that in heaven he is running like the wind.

I know that in heaven he is running like the wind. Even on an ecstatic morning, that brings tears to my eyes. Or maybe BECAUSE of this ecstatic morning. Yes, we know he is.
Thanks for explaining the origin - it's GOOD!
To: okimhere
I am "choking" a few chickens now..
I'm looking for my flat rock to make the Tortillas.. My husband probably has it under a waterspout...
Where's my big "kettle" for de-feathering those birds? Oh, I fergot.... I have it in the back room where I cast my spells..
By the way, has anyone seen the Capt'n lately...? I was learning something new and............................let me know would ya?
To: 4ConservativeJustices
hi 4cj
I am sure Danny is runnin' like the wind in Heaven
when my dog Clio went to Heaven
God comforted me by sayin'
''she is runnin' in Heaven now thru endless beautiful washes chasin' the cottontails
and in Heaven the cotton tails can turn around and chase her''
(Clio loved being chased too)
Clio was the Audrey Hepburn of the dog world
On those long legs and slim body
she ran faster than the wind
