Rep. Ilhan Omar’s staff got her birthdate changed officially after being elected to Congress: records

WASHINGTON — Rep. Ilhan Omar’s staff helped get her birthdate changed in public records once the Minnesota Democrat was elected to Congress in 2018, a switch that has since spurred frenzied accusations that she misrepresented her age to secure US citizenship.

The alteration could offer a big clue as to what federal immigration agents were searching for when they raided her DC home Monday: If the congresswoman is actually one year older than she’s claimed to be, that would mean she couldn’t have legally become a US citizen in 2000, critics contend.

Omar’s birthdate had been listed in the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library as Oct. 4, 1981, as well as on reference sites such as Wikipedia and in media outlets like the BBC, for the entire time she served in the state House and for several months into her congressional term.

But the congresswoman’s staff moved to shift the date forward by one year in May 2019 after a video from a political opponent went viral that claimed Omar was fibbing about her age, according to emails reviewed by The Post.

“On May 17, 2019, Library staff were informed by Rep. Omar’s congressional staff that her birth year was incorrect and requested that we change it to 1982,” wrote the director of the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library in an email just days after the change was made.

“Rep. Omar’s congressional staff are working with Wikipedia and with the Biographical Directory of the United States Congress and other sources to correct her birth year on those sites. As of today, the birth year has not been corrected on the two sites I mentioned,” the director added in the May 24, 2019 email.

Yeah, thats all nice.

There will be Federal Judges lined up to rule against him every step of the way.

She is not going anywhere.

She SHOULD be tossed out. She SHOULD be kicked out of Congress. I doubt that will come about.

BREAKING: We just filed a Hatch Act complaint over the outrageous raid on Ilhan Omar's home.

Officials can't use criminal power to affect an election. This is the textbook case.

“Who pays Norm?”

Good question. I suspect we do through some method of fraud on the tax-payers.

Here is Jonathan Turley’s opinion on the Omar case.

JUST NOW: Legal expert Jonathan Turley says that Somali Rep. Ilhan Omar might actually face MORE LEGAL ISSUES for CONCEALMENT — because she is a member of Congress and has been a candidate for office

IT GETS BETTER AND BETTER!

“The warrant apparently refers also to a conspiracy, which is the darling of prosecutors, and that may be referring to what they allege to be a knowing effort to conceal these facts.”

“Omar’s actually greater risk in terms of legal complications because she is a member of Congress and has been a candidate for office...That status requires her to fill out forms on a regular basis that may make reference to some of these facts...That exposes her to possible charges.”

Every member of Congress signs financial disclosures and other official forms, year after year.

If any of them contain false information, every single one can become a legal problem!

The NYT reports the warrant lists false statements, immigration fraud, and conspiracy.

And her sister has now been subpoenaed, per new reports from TONIGHT

So her case might now be immigration and a COVERUP.

Quote Context

The quote "Anything is ethical if it advances the revolution" is often associated with Karl Marx's views on the relationship between ethics and revolutionary action. This perspective suggests that actions can be justified morally if they contribute to the goals of a revolution.

Ethical Justification in Revolutionary Context Ends Justify the Means: This idea implies that the outcomes of revolutionary actions can validate the methods used, regardless of their ethical implications. Focus on Social Change: The emphasis is on achieving significant social and political transformations, often prioritizing collective goals over individual moral considerations. Implications of the Quote

My understanding is that she got naturalized via her father’s naturalization process as an underage minor child. If this evidence holds, then she was too old to receive that grant afforded to minor children and should have had to go through the naturalization process as an individual of age.

He was so full of contradictions it was comical. IMHO he hit the sciences of pharmacology to a much greater extent than the science of sociology. He had no art skills to express his drug riddled ideas in creative ways, so he kust stewed on Marxist crap of his own making until it rotted the brain.

I got a real chuckle out of his "Too many useful things create too few workers."

Karl Marx never met Henry Ford, I suppose?

Her father was never a naturalized US Citizen.

WASHINGTON — Ilhan Omar’s dad, Nur Omar Mohamed, has no official record of being a naturalized US citizen, according to documents obtained by a Minnesota activist in 2023 — undermining Omar’s legal claim to citizenship by way of family relations.

Ambiguous antecedent in the headline. That kind of grammar error hurts.

Really, everyone, isn’t it a lady’s privilege to lie about her age? Ungentlemanly to dispute it. 😉

In Myra Breckenridge, Mae West was 76 and successfully competed for attention with Raquel Welch for attention in the film. In one scene she sized up men in a row including young Tom Selleck in his first role.

It would seem that neither of her positions are factual. I’m sure some DNC IT squad is photoshopping all kinds of Fuddy-Forms that will miraculously surface.
