The front lawn of an Indiana courthouse was torn up when a woman who was allegedly driving drunk decided to do donuts in the grass, authorities said.
A 68-year-old woman was arrested for DUI and "numerous other charges" after she drove her car in circles on the Jennings County courthouse lawn, the sheriff's office said in a post on social media on Tuesday.
"If you’ve had a few too many margaritas with dinner, please don’t get behind the wheel, and definitely don’t do donuts on the courthouse lawn," authorities said in the post. "We encourage everyone to enjoy themselves responsibly and always make arrangements for a safe ride home if you’ve been drinking."
Jennings County Sheriff's Office also shared a surveillance video clip of the incident.
A silver sedan can be seen being driven erratically on the lawn, rustling up clouds of dust and dirt as it spins around.

I am going out on a limb and say that her driving was unintentional and that she was just trying to get back on the street, but was so incapacitated she had no clue she was in reverse and was not on the brakes. That does not look like intentional driving to me. I think she was so hammered, she had no clue where she was or what she was doing. She just found herself on grass and was trying to get back on pavement but had no ability to drive at that point.
