California GOP gubernatorial candidate Steve Hilton dropped a shocking ad teasing a lesbian encounter Thursday, a day after his debate with rival Democrat Xavier Becerra.
Hilton launched “Just Try It, California,” the first spot in a six-figure television and digital ad campaign aimed at Gen Z and millennial voters, his campaign said in a news release.
The ad shows two AI-generated young women sitting on a bed beneath a Pride flag, one wearing a “RESIST” shirt. Their suggestive exchange implies they are about to engage in a sexual act, with one hesitant and the other reassuring her it will be OK.

Clever ad. It might play well in California.
I did not watch but I read the details and you are correct:
“Creepy ad, repulsive....”
How about also inappropriate, and not the kind of conservative leader CA needs to get it out of the ABSOLUTE destruction Gavon Newsome has done to it.
Yet Bacerra is a definite NEVER NEVER should he ever be CA governor...and NEVER should he be in any leadership position. Same for Newsome.
But I sure wish it were not Hilton who is running for governor after this bad judgement. Sometimes people have to plug their nose as they vote!

If I still lived there the ad would have zero effect on my vote, but I am curious to find out why this disgusting ad was made so degrading, it got worse and worse.
