I’ve had a couple h1b employees. They started off as employees in their country of origin (where we were building a plant) then kind of accidentally ended up as employees in the states. All but one immediately applied for citizenship and that one had family constraints that required him to eventual go back home. He’s now the customer in his home country because he runs the plant we built.
That’s what H1B is for; not to replace Americans. It’s very abused.

There are a lot of homes listed as major businesses, in that tool.
They are not properly notating these.
Is there a developer working for a company elsewhere that lives in those homes? It says the houses don’t have “E-Verify” and the house hires migrants.

There is no such thing as a domestic citizen.

12% of H1b are consultants...not employees.
Over 40% of the rest are employees of consulting firms.
Over 50% do consulting for a “client”. Who are the clients?
#1 H1b Client: The government, Trump. #1 Government agency: HHS.
Deloitte is the #1 abuser of H1b. Deloitte is the #1 Welfare FRAUD.
Deloitte H1b often do not understand US or state law and custom. Deloitte H1b IT workers are often not competent in IT. But the #1 problem with Deloitte H1b is that being H1b they are in no position to be whistleblowers and tell the truth about Deloitte FRAUD.
