It can be well explained by culture - Judeo-Christian culture. Even in the USA, when Judeo-Christian culture is rejected the cities are run down.
As was Jim Crow. Total sudden freedom and no occupations or structure created a class of idle hands that got into mischief and has stayed that way ever since. Should have been a much more gradual and well thought out process. Tens of thousands of exceptions to the rule of course (the caveat). Not racist...just reality.

If I were black, on this site, I would be appalled by some of the comments. Personally I am very, very, very happy that increased numbers of black Americans have embraced the Republican Party recently. We need all of us who want personal freedom and individuality to continue together as the bedrock of our Republic. Marx was White, as were most of the Bolsheviks - and arguably one of the biggest threats to our way of life is coming from within our borders - by largely white people embracing socialism / Communism.
There are a large number of patriotic soldiers in our military who happen to also be black (~1/5th of active duty enlisted). They should not be denigrated by broad-based assertions about group IQ. Reportedly many Nazi officers had high IQs. Nonetheless, they acted stupidly, embraced a stupid destructive ideology, followed a maniac, and ultimately got their nation destroyed.
We fought a Civil War to stop the kind of racism that allows people to hold others as slaves. We are all fighting now to prevent being enslaved in a way by an elitist globalist oligarchy.
No offense is intended. I just think FR has been an inclusive community that celebrates and fights for freedom, the sanctity of life, and the ability to self-determine. It's too important of a community to allow it to become less than that.

There are not very many blacks out in the boondocks here, but the few I've met are decent men and women who tend towards Conservative. They will tell you the reason they moved here was to get away from other blacks.

When the reigns of political power was handed over from the Whites to Black, even being in my 20s, I knew this was a big, big mistake.
When the native South Africans start starving on a large scale, their government is going to start crying for the White farmers to come back in the very same way Zimbabwe, the former breadbasket of Africa, did.
Give it some more time and they won’t any electricity, water, food, sanitation or any other modern conveniences that we take for granted in the First World. They are simply reverting back to their old ways before Whitey showed up.
When the First World stops feeding and helping the Third World African nations, their countries’ respective populations will collapse.

Predominantly white neighborhood in the early years. Predominantly black neighborhood a decade later.
From picture postcard neighborhood of young families and retirees to a third world ghetto in ten years.
