The holdout juror who caused Lindsay Clancy’s mistrial has a history of alleged domestic violence such as grabbing his wife by the throat and punching his nephew, according to a report.
The still-unnamed juror, only described as a black man in his 30s, faced a criminal charge in September 2021 for allegedly assaulting his wife, NBC10 Boston reported.
A 13-year-old nephew of the man called 911, stating that his uncle grabbed his wife by the throat and threw her into a dresser, according to a police report obtained by the outlet.
The juror’s own mom repeatedly screamed, “You’re evil!” as he was cuffed during the incident, the report said.
The juror recently ended up singlehandedly thwarting a verdict in Clancy’s sensational trial by refusing to agree with the 11 other jurors who found her not guilty by reason of temporary insanity after she fatally strangled her three young children in the family’s Duxbury, Mass., home.
A juror questionnaire in Massachusetts asks whether someone has been arrested, charged with a crime, or been served with a court order — all boxes that the holdout juror should have checked.

My guess: the defense knew about the black man’s past and sought to keep him on the jury. This information, if true, can be used to impeach the mistrial.
The man is black, but in this case can be targeted by the white left for destruction without a second thought. He crossed some kind of line drawn by ladies who are white, urban liberals - probably college-educated school teachers.

His domestic violence restraining order is for something far worse than murdering three children. He’s against abortion.
I listened to the questioning of Lindsay's physicatrist. Amazing....she never even met Lindsay...not even once. Cessions were all tele...and 14 sessions I think...about 17 minutes long.
She also prescribed a powerful drug which according to an email to her mother, knocked her on her a**....and Lindsay asked her mother to come over.

Then what was it that Clancy did with her kids?
If true, wouldn’t this type of history have eliminated him from the jury pool on the front end?
I remember being part of a jury pool where the prosecution sat at a desk with a computer and confronted 3-4 prospective jurors about what happened on mm/dd/yyyy. They all said pretty much the same thing: "I got drunk and did something stupid". I wasn't chosen for the jury, so I don't know if any of those made it onto the jury, but I doubt it.

He is a black man who did not vote like he was paid/told to do so. For that he must be destroyed.
He is gonna need a legal defense funded.

I had a DUI in 1982.
I’ve been called for jury duty FIVE times beginning in 2015 and my arrest record never came up the one time I ended up on a jury for a felony burglary.
I’m 66 and I’ve never heard of a juror being harassed like this...not ever....I’m not even sure it’s legal.

Very true. People called for jury duty can now cite this case and what happened to a juror as a reason to say they won’t put themselves in this type of jeopardy.

A lot of this is about the NEXT trial.
This guy is being made an example of......i.e. any future juror that doesn’t vote to quit Clancy can expect the same treatment.
How is that NOT jury intimidation?
Lol. It’s not hard to find out if a prospective juror has court orders against him. Or a criminal record. But I guess expecting minimal competence out of govt employees is too much.
