“The other pilot made additional comments regarding the aircraft’s excessive speed throughout the remainder of the recording.

I'll guess it was the Captain flying and the 1st Officer warning, who probably should've added, "Go around!".

And I wonder if it was the pilot monitoring who pushed the throttles forward at the last moment and the pilot flying who pulled them back again?

I'll see what Captain Steeeve has to say about later.
