Assuming (a) no taxpayer money is involved and (b) they disclose that being woke is a condition of admission, they should be able to do anything they want. They can be the Hillsdale College of the left, as far as I would be concerned. BUT, big but, if they receive taxpayer money and if they claim to have academic freedom, they should be held accountable.
Sue!

*Miss You, Rush! Every day!
The Leader of the Republican club should post the names of these 25 Senate members on Social Media, and any other sites that might get the attention of Business leaders. The can be the arbiters if these tyrants bring anything to their businesses / organizations should they be hired.
> The student senate, however, unanimously rejected their application. 25-0. <
Everything old is new again. This kinda reminds me of the unanimous votes in Stalin’s old Supreme Soviet. Never any dissent. Everyone followed the party line.
Of course Stalin would have quickly executed any dissenting voters. That kept the votes unanimous. Here, most Whitman students just would have shunned any dissenters.
That probably kept the vote unanimous here.

Student government is for losers.
Nothing says “Our Democracy” like canceling your political opponents.
The far left.
As I recall, a character in the comic strip Pogo liked to make fun of the name of Walla Walla, Washington.
This is getting so tiresome. Universities are a combination of a lunatic asylum and a little piece of the Soviet Union under Stalin circa 1939. Oppressive, viciously paranoid and insane. There is no fixing them so pointing out that they aren’t living up to Free Speech is pointless. Its time to radically change them - get rid of public funding for any private college. For public universities, cut the curriculum back to the basics only. And create a faculty to administrator ratio of one to one. Fire any administrator that exceeds that ratio. And it really doesn’t matter which administrators get fired to get to that ratio.
Transfer to Hillsdale.
That same student senate would kill us all, if they could.
